Today, Grass is introducing something that makes taking part in the network simpler than it has ever been: a wallet, built directly into the Grass app.
Until now, joining a token-powered network usually meant clearing a series of crypto hurdles: downloading a separate wallet app, writing down a seed phrase, learning what a seed phrase even is, copying long addresses, and hoping you didn't get a single detail wrong. For a lot of people, that friction wasn't a minor inconvenience. It was the reason they never started at all. The in-app Grass wallet is designed to remove it.
Every Grass account now comes with a wallet.
Getting started is easier than ever
The Grass Network is centered around the people who power it, so the fewer steps it takes to join, the stronger and more open the network becomes. That's the whole reason for building the wallet directly into the app rather than asking people to bring their own.
Setup happens automatically in the background. A new participant can go from downloading Grass to being fully ready in moments, and an existing participant will find the wallet in the Grass Dashboard next time they log in.
Crypto, without the crypto headaches
The hardest part of crypto has rarely been the idea. It's the setup. The in-app Grass wallet abstracts that complexity away. The technical machinery still works exactly as it should underneath; it simply isn't something you have to think about anymore. What's left is a wallet that feels as familiar as any other screen in the app.

The rewards you earn for contributing to the network now arrives directly in your in-app wallet.
Your wallet also supports standard functions like holding, staking, swapping, sending and receiving GRASS and other digital assets, along with the ability to add or withdraw funds via MoonPay (in the jurisdictions covered by MoonPay)
Bring everyone in
One of the best things about a wallet this simple is who it opens the door for. You no longer need to be "into crypto" to take part in Grass, which means you can invite the people in your life who never would have made it past a seedphrase screen.
A friend who has never touched a token before can download the app and find everything they need already built in. Grass is focused on growing the community and making it easier than ever for anyone to get started and take part fully.
